Domestic Orders (Singapore)
Regular orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages have a 2 - 4 days delivery time. If you require a faster shipping option (Speedpost, SmartPac etc), please contact us. Extra charges do apply.
Domestic postage is offered at a flat rate of S$2.00. All orders are dispatched via registered mail with tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery (door to door), at no extra cost.
Payment modes accepted for Domestic Orders include – Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
We strictly do not accept payment via bank transfers (i-banking, ATM transfer, inter-bank transfer, cash deposit etc), cash or cheque.
We do not provide the option of meet ups or self-collection.
We do not accept advance reservations, partial or delayed payments.
International Orders (Worldwide)
Regular orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages have a 7 - 14 days delivery time. If you require a faster shipping option (Speedpost, SmartPac etc), please contact us. Extra charges do apply.
International postage is offered at a flat rate of S$25.00. All orders are dispatched via registered mail with tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery (door to door), at no extra cost.
Payment modes accepted for International Orders include – Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase as deemed by your country's legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.
Backorder Purchases
An estimated delivery of backorder purchases are indicated in the item's description. In the event that the stock arrival is delayed for more than 10 days from the stipulated estimated date, we will offer the option of a full refund to participating customers. Backorder purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase and no cancellations or changes will be allowed. If you make a group purchase of available and backordered items, the available items will be mailed out to you first.
We reserve the right to cancel any backorders if the response is inadequate. Participating customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such cancellations.
Returns and Exchanges
All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and Feist Heist does not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of a faulty or wrong order received. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this store policy.
