Feist Heist is a registered business under the company GWCW Pte Ltd (Singapore).
Do you have a physical store?
A selected range of our merchandise is exclusively stocked at Blackmarket No.2 – #02-10 Orchard Central, 181 Orchard Road, Singapore 23889. Prices of our merchandise at Blackmarket No.2 differs from our online store.
Why do the product colors look different in the pictures?
Colors appear differently under studio lighting and natural lighting. For the most accurate color representation, please refer to the fabric close-up image. The colors may also appear differently, depending on your computer monitor's callibration.
Do you accept bank transfer payments?
We accept payment via Internet banking, including inter-bank transfers. We do not accept ATM transfers and cash deposit payments.
Do you provide registered mail?
All orders are dispatched via registered mail with Singpost to ensure a safe and guaranteed delivery to our customers.
Is registered mail compulsory? Can I opt out of it?
It is compulsory. However, you can opt out of it at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any loss of mail should you decide against this option. The flat rate postage charge of S$2.00 is still applicable should you opt for normal postage.
What does flat rate postage mean?
Flat rate postage means that regardless of your order's quantity and size, you will only have to pay for a single postage charge for each order transaction. Postage is not chargeable by weight or quantity.
I made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage charges and get a refund for the excess?
Flat rate postage charge is chargeable for every transaction. To avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your order is accurate before proceeding to payment. We do not refund postage charges for multiple orders, but we can combine the orders in a single package at your request.
Do you offer the option of meet-ups or self-collection for orders?
We currently only offer meet-ups and self-collection during festive periods (New Year, Chinese New Year, Christmas). We strictly do not allow cash on delivery during such instances, and any of such requests will be denied. We do not offer the option of meet-ups or self-collection on a regular basis.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
All sales are final and changing of orders and/or cancellation is not allowed.
Do you allow for exchanges?
Sizing exchanges are allowed for the same product, subject to stock availability. We currently do not accept any other returns, exchanges or refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. For more information, please check here.
There has been a mistake with the order I received. How do I proceed from here?
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed with the exchange process from there.
I made a purchase of in-stock and pre-ordered/back-ordered items within the same order. Will my full order be mailed only when the pre-ordered/back-ordered stocks arrive?
We don’t like holding you up from receiving your order, so all in-stock purchases will be mailed to you first at no extra charge. Your pre-order/backorder purchases will be mailed separately when the stocks are available.
