Ordering & Delivery

To place an order, simply add the items desired to your shopping cart and proceed to Checkout. You will be prompted to enter a valid email address and the necessary delivery and billing information. If you are a first-time customer with us, a customer account will be automatically created with the email address that you have provided. Returning customers may login to their account before proceeding to Checkout.

Please note that items in your cart are not secure until payment is processed successfully, and may sell out during the Checkout process.

Customers may check the status of their orders by entering their order code at our Order Status page. All orders made with Feist Heist will be followed up with a tracking code once it has been mailed out. Customers can track their orders on the Singpost website (Domestic) and on the respective country’s postal service website (International).

Domestic Orders (Singapore)

Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages have a 2 - 4 days delivery time. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.

Domestic postage is offered at a flat rate of S$2.00. All packages will be sent out via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note that the flat rate postage charge is chargeable for each transaction. No refunds will be made if you make multiple orders. Combined postage is not allowed for separate orders.

Payment modes accepted for Domestic Orders include – Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

We strictly do not accept payment via bank transfers (i-banking, ATM transfer, inter-bank transfer, cash deposit etc), cash or cheque.
We do not provide the option of meet ups or self-collection.
We do not accept advance reservations/orders, partial or delayed payments.
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed.

International Orders (Worldwide)

Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship internationally via Singpost and packages have a 7 - 14 days delivery time. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.

International postage is offered at a flat rate of S$25.00. All packages will be sent out via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note that the flat rate postage charge is chargeable for each transaction. No refunds will be made if you make multiple orders. Combined postage is not allowed for separate orders.

Please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed.
