Please take note that by visiting and using our website and purchasing from us, you are accepting and consenting to our Terms & Conditions as stated herein. Feist Heist may modify the following Terms & Conditions from time to time and your continued use of our website and services shall signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
When creating a customer account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information as indicated. Please ensure that all information entered is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please contact Feist Heist immediately. Feist Heist will not be liable for any of your losses due to any unauthorized use of your account.
Orders & Delivery
All merchandise is sold on a first pay basis and is subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed, and may be purchased by other customers.
Your order is only complete when we have dispatched your order. Please note that before your order’s completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability.
We aim to process and dispatch all regular orders within 3 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment. Feist Heist is not liable for any delay in the delivery of your order caused by the postal service or destination customs inspection and clearance.
All orders made with Feist Heist are dispatched via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event that the order is returned to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, a redelivery fee of the original postage charge (not the flat rate charge) is chargeable and payable by the customer.
In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation with the involved postal service provider.
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD$. The approximate gauge of the prices in United States Dollars USD$ as reflected in the item description is an estimated gauge for International customers and is not valid for final order payments.
Prices stated on our website are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services (GST) taxes. For International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
Please take note of the waiting time and estimated date of arrival for the backordered stocks. This information is clearly stated in the item’s description. In the event that the stock arrival is delayed for more than 10 days from the stipulated estimated date, Feist Heist will offer the option of a full refund to participating customers.
Backorder purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase and no cancellations or changes will be allowed.
Feist Heist reserves the right to cancel any backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. Participating customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such cancellations.
Exchanges and Refunds
Size exchanges is available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) or 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and product exchange information. Upon confirmation by our customer service representatives, please proceed to send your return in via registered postage. All postage costs incurred from size exchanges will be borne by the customer.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition. Returns must be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer.
We currently do not offer other types of exchanges, returns and refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 5 days from order fulfilment.
Late returns that exceed the stipulated timeframe will not be accepted. Refunds will be made directly via your original purchase transaction. We are unable to make refunds through any other methods.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
Due to mass manufacturing processes, please note that garments may have a 0.1" - 0.9" difference in measurements from the actual stated sizing measurements provided on the website. Please note that this difference cannot be considered as a defect or fault.
Here at Feist Heist, we put in the extra effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Due to altered studio lighting, colours may appear differently. For the most accurate representation of each product's colour, please refer to the close-up fabric swatch image. Please note that colours may also appear differently due to the callibration of your computer monitor.
